In a previous time when visiting Dr snows practice, I wasn't very impressed and was hasty to leave a one star review, negative to say the least. But after a couple more visits w dicky and the rest of the staff I must apologize for being to hasty. A bad day for me perhaps. Alpha Ortho and it's staff definitely deserves a 5 star review.
Again, my apologies and bravo to you dick, Dr snow and staff for running a great practice.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I waited over 1.5 hrs and never seen the doctor. I explained i had to leave and needed the doctor to call me to go over mri results and make a plan.
I have reached out to the office 3 different ways including the portal.
To this day I still have not heard back.
I guess I will ask my primary doctor for another referral and start this all over. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Dr. Snow was so caring and truly listened to me. He continued to try different treatments until we found one that worked. He was never pushy and allowed me to make the decisions that I felt were best. My hip pain is gone and I am so thankful!

This was my second rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Snow, and I am as satisfied this time as I was four years ago with my first one. He is an extremely capable surgeon, communicated well, and has a great staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Snow is wonderful. He takes time to explain the diagnosis/treatment and I never feel the appointment is rushed. He is one of my favorite providers and I highly recommend this practice.

I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the exam - never had extensive knee X-rays like that in an office. I felt heard as we went over my issues and the possible treatment plan. Everything was explained well. I was comfortable with moving forward with the cortisone shots and am seeing immediate improvement. Thank you!

Dr. Thompson is top notch! The staff is great, he explains everything with care, and doesn't rush through your appointment. Had surgery a few months back and the entire process including after care has been amazing.
