I liked how Dr Thompson listened to all I had to say and my thoughts and concerns. He explained all options and did not push any one of them. I liked the way he explained the X-rays and MRI in a way that I could totally understand.

Received requested cortisone shots, Dr. Snow forwarded my request to insurance fir injection of gel in another knees,insurance approved, pharmacy called to let Dr.Snow that his staff needed to return call to Pharmacy to schedule deliver, staff was slow to return that call.

One of the best orthopedic facilities I have been do. Dr. Snow took time to look at my MRI and see what the MRI tech did not see. He explained in detail and so I can understand what is going on with my knee. He gave me a few solutions to try so we could avoid surgery and let me select the direction I wanted to go. The staff was great from check in to the nurse who did the intake in the room to the staff member who did the fitting of the brace. I highly recommend them and they will now be my primary for myself and my family for orthopedics.

Is Dr. Snow a fantastic Dr.? As Warner Bros' Gophers might reply... "Indubitably." Levity aside, Dr. Snow is one of the few "best doctors" I have ever met. Knowledgeable, congenial, affable. I'm going to injure my knee just so i can spend some more time with Dr. Snow. New injury and Update: I would be remiss if I did not include a shout-out to Dicky Smith - Dr Snow's Mr. Spock. The best Physician's Assistant this side of... Jupiter.

I've seen Dr. Snow quite a few times and every time, have gotten 5 star treatment. He takes all the time you need to answer your questions which is so rare! He is so kind. His approach is not to rush to surgery if any other option is available which makes you trust him completely. The front desk girls are wonderful also! I've recommended him to many friends and everyone has the same great experience.

I was supposed to see Dr. Thompson for my new patient appointment but instead saw his PA, Brian I believe was his name. I absolutely loved him! He was professional, fun and witty. I saw him on his birthday! The staff were all great. Overall, my experience was excellent. I am a healthcare professional as well, so there are things I automatically look for when I visit new providers. 5 stars hands down!!! Kudos to everyone I interacted with during my visit. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!

On a scale of 1-10 Dr Snow is clearly a ten. He was familiar with my case background before he entered the exam room. Dr Snow made you feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. His exam was thorough and. Discussed alternatives and recommended a proposed plan of action. I highly recommend Dr Snow and his staff
