The actual care was fine & informative but the wait was way too long… almost 3 hrs. ☺️ I filled out the paperwork online before going to the walk in only to be Hod that was for the regular spots. That wasn’t clear online.

Dr. Snow is a great surgeon. I had no problems with my rotator cuff surgery. He’s good at explaining treatment options so you can understand them. He’s very nice, and has a great bedside manner about him. He actually cares about his patients! I would highly recommend Dr. Snow.

Dr Thompson and PA Nick took fantastic care of me. l had several tears in my right shoulder, Dr Thompson went in an addressed each one. Unfortunately, I returned to work too early and because I couldn't actively move my shoulder throughout the day, scar tissue built up and I had continued mobility issues. Dr Thompson went in again and remedied that problem. then I took a proper amount of time off work - dedicated myself to formal and home PT, and my shoulder is fantastic. I can move it as freely as I move my Left and they are equally strong. So grateful to Dr McKellar, whom I saw first and who tried to help with pain injections. And then to Dr Thompson and Nick who ended up resolving my issue completely. I had dealt with the pain and mobility issue for years and because of the doctors in this practice, it's as good as new. Highly recommend this facility!
