In giving some feedback for my visit with Dr. Jon Thompson, MD. I was greeted with a pleasant and helpful staff. The processing and being admitted was a fairly simple and easy process. The wait time wasn't bad and was escorted back to a room to get an x-ray of both elbows. The technician was pleasant and patient with me during this process. Once the x-rays were taken, I was escorted to a room to be seen by Dr. Thompson. While I waited for Dr. Thompson, an a very nice assistant came in to ask me a few questions about my condition and then left. Not long after, Dr. Thompson came in and went over the x-rays with me and the issue that I was having with my elbows. I found Dr. Thompson to be professional, informative, pleasant and focused on what I needed without feeling like I was another patient in a long line. I had a great experience with Dr. Thompson and his staff and would highly recommend Alpha Orthopedics to anyone who is in need of this kind of care.
