They were backed up but that’s everywhere right now, they brought out water and everyone was very apologetic but I didn’t mind waiting as they’re the best around. Visit was quick and efficient and I was well taken care of by each person I saw. Thank you, staff, for everything you do!

I really liked everyone at this office. I had to wait a little bit but that was ok. I saw the best doctor and felt like i was in good hands. I kept putting off surgery for a knee replacement because I was scared. He explained everything and I am very confident that I am in the best hands. I scheduled my surgery and i would never have done that before. The whole office is top notch. I highly recommend him. Very impressed.

First they practice COVID protocols. They are very friendly and professional. I have been a patient for about 3 years and have never had any problems.

Dr Toulson, associates, PA’s, scheduling, and staff are top notch! I had a TKR (L) March 2021 and a revision (R), originally performed by another surgeon in 2016, performed latter part of August 2021. I am very happy and pleased with the results. I would highly recommend, and have, them.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'll definitely go back if needed in the future. The front office staff, the PA, the doctor, and the xray tech were all amazing!

We saw Dr Thompson's PA today and found that Randy would need a shoulder replacement instead of rotary cuff surgery, due to arthritis, so he call downstairs to Dr Snow's office and immediately, got us seen by Dr Snow's PA. Then we made an appointment for Dr Snow on Monday. This was a Friday. I can't ever get in to see my family practitioner that fast. We were very pleased with everything today.
