I had several physicians on my case and they each had a role in my surgical outcome. Each one did what was needed for me to have a successful knee replacement. It’s only 4 stars because my main orthopedic physician who did the surgery is very busy and did not, in my opinion, spend enough time with me during my last visit to the practice. He seemed distracted and I was very disappointed with the attention I received.

The staff at Alpha Orthopedics were wonderful! I had practically no wait at all. For Dr. McKellar, I do believe he is the kindest physician I have ever been to. He explained everything, and answered all of my questions. He makes you feel as though you are the only patient he he has at the visit. It was a great experience! Thank you so much.

The staff speaks volumes about the doctors they work for. Efficient and professional. I have never been in such a positive office. Wait was not long. My concerns were addressed with all medical staff. Sometimes you just need someone to listen and understand your pain hurts. The medical staff respects the office staff and the same is returned. I can honestly say I never heard one negative word even as they discussed patients. Trust me “the walls are thin and they have ears”.

I trust Dr Toulson completely. He has replaced both of my hips…and he recommends knee replacement…I’m not ready. If Cortisone shots help, I’ll continue on that path…IF IF IF

So very impressed with the entire office! Dr. Snow, Dickie, Andrew, and the sweet young MA (I don’t recall her name but she was very personable and kind) all provided us with exemplary service and made us very comfortable and relaxed as we discussed a plan of action for my knees. Wonderful experience!
