I was given a referral for Dr. Toulson from my PCP. I was calling for almost 2 weeks to see if it was ever received, the calling my PCP to make sure it was sent. I finaly gave up and went to the medical City of McKinney ER. Were my knee was x-rayed. They got me in to see Dr. TOULSON at 4:00 the same day. When we arrived we went to desk on first floor, only to be redirected to the 2nd floor. Got to the 2nd floor and told to go back down to the first floor. Were we were told they did not have a referral, so this would be out of pocket. I told her there was no way. The girl did some digging and was able to come up with enough information so I could be seen. I was then given paper work to fill out. Then we were called back upstairs. That would be 2-3 stars. After seeing the PA and given an injection in my knee followed by seeing Dr. Toulson for a few minutes. That would be about 4 stars. It was all just a big un needed hassel while having a lot of knee discomfort.

Dr McKellar did my full knee replacement. He is very professional and caring. He always takes the time to answer any questions. I could not have asked for better care. Dr McKellar and his staff are the best.
